ABSTRACT
It is shown that the concept of «Digital Twin» is becoming an increasingly popular method of solving key problems in supply chain management, in particular, when monitoring logistics business processes. A detailed analysis of literary sources and Internet resources on the subject of digital twins is carried out. The basic terminology, the terms of «Digital Twin» and of similar concepts, such as «digital footprint», «digital shadow», «digital thread», are given. The basic properties (characteristics) of digital twins and the advantages obtained by using this concept in supply chains are considered. The methodological aspects of the Digital Twin concept are analyzed both in the academic environment and in the context of the practice of large companies.
It is shown that the problem of monitoring consumer goods can be effectively solved using digital counterparts of the FMCG sector supply chains.
The main variants of the Supply Chain Digital Twin «design» are presented. An FMCG supply chain monitoring system using convergence of digital twins of products and processes in the chain is proposed. An example of the construction of a monitoring system in the supply chain of GHIOTTONE consumer goods using the digital counterparts of the main processes represented by the SCOR model is considered.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with a number of problems that arise during digital transformation of transport and logistics processes.
The study of the problems of forming new business processes for managing transport and logistics segments of the market in modern conditions of the digital economy is extremely relevant. The emergence of a new industry-digital logistics requires creation and implementation of adequate organizational and methodological approaches, both on the part of the state and business. With obvious threats of control loss, the potential for national digital logistics is huge.
Considering processes of supply chain management from the point of view of transport forwarding, the author makes a conclusion about the need for an adequate response of domestic logistics to the rapidly changing forms of the market. Special attention is paid to the issues of digital transformation of the industry, the study of global and domestic experience in implementing digital economy technologies in real transport and logistics business processes. New technologies and mechanisms of digital transformation are global, they concern the whole world, all segments of the economy. Exploring the experience of creating new digital agendas that revise existing regulatory norms of old economic processes, the author suggests that there is no need to copy outdated standards. The idea of advanced localization of modern world trends in order to meet the new economic paradigm is formulated. The author concludes that insufficient attention is paid to creating the necessary innovative climate to support advanced ideas in the first place, and not only implemented business projects. The article emphasizes that new management services for digital transformation can only be designed with integrated competencies.

ABSTRACT
The article presents the current state of digital procurement technologies adoption in Russia compared to other countries. Major implementation barriers are highlighted. The research is based on consulting companies’ surveys, scientific publications and other relevant sources. Thus, main problems companies face during digital transformation of procurement were grouped by six perspective factors: technologic, organizational, competence-based, methodical, opportunistic and regulatory factors.
In particular, authors note that even taking into account high popularity level of digital procurement, there is still no single position about defining which technologies should be treated as “digital”. Authors attempt to determine the set of these technologies correlating them with “end-to-end” digital technologies classified in Roadmap for digital technologies development in Russia. Special accent is laid on the fact that sourcing is not the subject of systematic research in Russia either for academic or for consulting fields.
Most of international research is conducted by suppliers/developers of IT-based solutions, by companies providing outsourcing and/or by consulting companies, which leads to doubt in objectivity of conclusions and recommendations resulting from the research.
The authors make conclusion about the most popular directions of procurement digitalization in Russia based on open access references analysis: press releases, media publications. The authors conclude that modern systematic development of methodology for “intellectual” filling of digital technologies is limited, namely in sourcing risk identification and assessment sphere, in event management, in reference models for operations algorithms, in what-if analysis, in controlling, in factor cost analysis, in behavior models for “supplier-client” interaction, etc. Besides, a huge gap between modern technologies functionality and procurement specialists’ skills and knowledge still exists. Finally, a low level of labor automatisation in procurement is Russia’s specific feature. This conclusion is supported by analysis of requirements for procurement positions candidates that was conducted by the authors.

ABSTRACT
The article considers problems of supply chain digital transformation. A framework for supply chain digital transformation consisting of four basic elements is proposed: digitalization of customer experience, digitalization of products and services, digitalization of operations / processes, digital transformation of a company / supply chain. The content (functional) structure of four frame blocks is defined and the main components (systems, technologies) that make up the digital content of the framework are described in detail.
The authors created a diagram (algorithm) of the supply chain digitalization process that includes three main stages: awareness of the need for digitalization, digital vision and strategy, a digital chain transformation technique as such.
The process of supply chain digital transformation itself includes a number of design decisions related to the formation of a communication network structure (Multi Party Network), in particular, using Blockchain technology, an integrated supply chain planning system, the Digital Twin ecosystem, as well as a digital platform control and monitoring of events in the supply chain (Supply Chain Control Tower).

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the consideration of several organizational and methodological issues of creating a digital platform for the transport complex, concerning the problems of analysis and accounting for risks that arise when integrating competencies for the formation of information and logistics services. The issues that the authors explore in this article are highly relevant when creating digital services on the transport platform based on the integration of several technological products belonging to different owners. Detailing possible risks is necessary for their subsequent mitigation by the organizational and technological infrastructure of the digital platform.
The authors consider the relationships that arise between the fundamental elements of the digital platform: the basic product of the platform, digital services and their sales processes. Various categories of the basic product, an intangible asset, without which a complex of digital services cannot be built within the digital platform, is analyzed. The study examines the dependence of an intangible asset on the assets of tangible and human carriers of this asset, as well as the risks that arise in this case.
The research is based on the methodology of conceptual analysis of designing complex socio-economic forms and organizational structures, which was successfully tested when creating the aerocity information and logistics center at Sheremetyevo international airport.
The use of the methodological approach outlined by the authors allows minimizing the risks that arise during the development of digital services by developing appropriate contractual forms and technologies that make up the digital platform repository, as well as selecting appropriate organizational and legal mechanisms for creating functional components of the transport platform. a recommendation is given for creating an innovative center of the digital platform in the organizational and legal form of a non-commercial partnership with purpose of effective practical integration of competencies.
